6 & 7: Finding Joy During Covid Times

How are you holding up during these Covid times? What are you doing to find joy?

For me, it's been a mix of highs and lows. I'm definitely looking for ideas to bring more joy into this season, so I brought my good friend Shawnda Bolon-Wilde onto the show to swap practical ideas on how to find more joy. Shawnda is a former teacher and mom of two young kids. In part one, we talk about envisioning a hopeful future. We also discuss wardrobes, food, exercise, outlook and socializing. In part 2, we talk about spiritual practices, grace, and good books.
