In part 2, Dr. Regina shares some favorite mindfulness exercises for women, using our creativity to bring mindfulness to the mundane. She also talks about how to use mindfulness in mind, body and soul to stop our negative thinking patterns. Dr. Regina also gives tips on how to quiet our minds enough to practice mindfulness. Finally, she shares tips on how to mindfully craft our lives.
